Coldwell Banker VIP Realty has been a fixture in the central Kentucky area for over 30 years. In an effort to give back to the community that has given so much to us, we have joined together to help support several non-profit organizations throughout the years. In 2006, we partnered with Habitat for Humanity to build a home from start to finish for a family in Danville. All of our agents pitched in as builders or fund raisers and worked together as a team to construct this home. Our team was one of only 100 Coldwell Banker franchises across the country to be able to raise all of the necessary funds and build a home from start to finish. Additionally, for the last several years we have partnered with CASA at Woodlawn as a sponsor for the Derby Eve Gala. CASA, or Court Appointed Special Advocates, work to provide a voice for children within the family court system, who might otherwise fall through the cracks. It is a meaningful organization that we are proud to support. The American Cancer Society's Relay for Life is a local and national effort to raise money for the American Cancer Society that culminates in an annual relay where team members continuously walk for an entire evening in an effort to support and remember those who have fought a personal battle with cancer.
